Erica Napoli

After obtaining her degree in Modern Languages from Università Cattolica in Milan, Erica started working for import export companies.

Several years after the birth of her children, during which she kept up her interest in languages, she returned to her passion as an historical archivist in a free-lance capacity. She applied her specialist knowledge to build up an inventory of historical documents regarding prominent Italian economists for CIRIEC (International Center of Research and Information on the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy), and for Professor Pier Luigi Porta of the Università Bicocca , Milan.

Later seeing the need for a natural approach to English for pre-schoolers in 2001 she set up, with other specialists, a patented method for language learning for the Corsico City Council's Pre-School System.

Her dedication, and passion, is now focused on developing new ideas and highly motivating projects for the Association of which she is a founding member. She seeks out teachers of the utmost calibre to develop language skills of a high quality, builds courses, organizes cultural events and Summer Camps together with her partner.

Paola Marziani

Paola is a parliamentary interpreter of English and German who graduated from the Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori di Milano, specializing at the Interpreter School, Munich and at the Cambridge Centre for Advanced English.

She has worked as an interpreter for Public Bodies including the Milan Chamber of Commerce a Milan's Trade Fair Board. And also for a German Swiss multinational promoting and organizing the activities in Italy, contacting the firms Italian suppliers and dealing with subcontractors for international building contracts. Within this field she has had the opportunity to help develop motivational and professional skills, effective communication and business organization.

Since 2001 Paola has been a co-founder of the association and she has contributed to the development of a patented English language preschool teaching method for the preschools of Corsico City Council.

In cooperation with her partner she plans and organizes courses and Summer Camps with an eye to developing language skills, she is a dynamic promoter of all the activities of the association.
